Part 2: : How to Create/Add a New Wallet or Restore an Existing Wallet

Step 1: When you first log into Infinito Wallet, you will be prompted to either create a new wallet or restore a previous one. Select “Create New Wallet” and agree to the terms shown to generate a brand new wallet. To restore an existing one, select “Restore Your Wallet”.

Step 2: Choose a name for the wallet and click “Next”. For those who choose to restore a wallet, skip step 3 and 4.

Step 3: You will be required to save your backup passphrase. Hit “Start Backup” to initiate the process.

Step 4: Here, you will be shown a 12-word passphrase, also known as a “seed”. The recovery phrase is used to restore your wallet in case you lose your phone or forget your password, so keep it safe! We recommend to write it down and store it somewhere secure. Press “Next” afterwards to proceed.

Step 5: Input your passphrase by selecting the correct word order.

Step 6: Finally, set up an adequate password by filling in the blanks and hit “Finish” to complete the process.

For current Infinito Wallet users, expand the side Menu, tap Add Wallet, and follow the steps above according to your needs (either create new or restore existing).
